Navigating the Noise
This week’s energy is loud and intense—here’s some practical guidance so you can move through it with ease.
This week might feel overwhelming—but you have the power to navigate it with ease.
Make the energy work for you, not against you.



Energy update:
As we move into this week, the collective energy feels: noisy, loud, all-engulfing, powerful, accelerated, intense, anxious, fearful, miraculous, heart-opening, empowering, dizzying, transformative, unpredictable, unsettling, revelatory, restless.
The lens you choose shapes your reality.
There are two feelings that you associate with your future: 1. FAITH & 2. FEAR. When the external world feels intense, it is always intense in both directions.
In every moment, you choose which ‘lens’ to see through.
If you put on the ‘fear’ lens, you begin seeing more & more reasons to feel fear (Baader-Meinhof phenomenon).
You start making your decisions from that place & begin walking down a path that brings you closer to the undesired outcomes.
If you put on the ‘faith’ lens, the same rules apply, but in the positive direction.
The pathway that others choose has nothing to do with you. Other’s choices do not dictate yours. You have your own, personal point of awareness and your own, personal path & individual reality.
When external energy is intense, it’s easy to get swayed.
Stay rooted in your personal power and consciously and consistently choose trust over fear.
Keep your focus in on your own energy, on the actions that are fully in your control, towards the reality of your highest dreams and visions.



Here are my recommendations going into this week:
1 — Start your day with a quick meditation
Even 2 minutes is enough. Choose any practice (guided, silent, journaling, walking) as long as you're alone with your energy before engaging with the world. This anchors you and fills your cup before the day begins.
Checking your phone first thing forces your brain from deep sleep (delta) straight into high alert (beta), skipping the relaxed and intuitive states (alpha & theta) that support clarity and creativity. Prioritize presence before input.
2 — Pay extra attention to your inner state when consuming media
Set time limits for yourself and check in regularly to know when you need a break from processing everything.
You do not have to be ‘informed’ every minute of every day.
Drained people are not helpful people.
3 — If you start feeling super overwhelmed…
Arrange to do something that brings you joy that feels super ‘normal’ and ‘mundane’.
Some ideas: get coffee with a friend, go out for a meal, go see a movie, browse a bookstore, check out a random book from the library, bake the best cookies of your life, buy yourself a flower bouquet, take a long shower or bath, wear the comfiest outfit you own and binge your favourite show, play your fave video game, (write more suggestions in the comments!!! ♡)
